The hotel was well located and easy to find. The room was clean and tidy. The staff was friendly and attentive to our needs. We enjoyed having access to free Wi-Fi and the comfortable beds.
Our stay was marred by a few issues. The shower tray was poorly designed and caused water to flood the bathroom. The parking was supposed to be available, but we found it impossible to find a spot. The manager refused to accept payment by MasterCard, despite us having received information from a third-party reservation site that it was acceptable. This caused an unnecessary delay when we had to look for an ATM to withdraw cash.

Our hotel is situated in a bustling, central area surrounded by a variety of restaurants. It’s also conveniently located near the main square, providing easy access to many local attractions. During our stay, we appreciated the friendly and helpful staff who worked diligently to ensure our room was clean and refreshed daily. What’s more, our room provided a comfortable bed and well-maintained bathroom with practical facilities.
There were some communication issues. We were unclear about certain hotel policies and were disappointed to learn that the parking was difficult to find.

I had a wonderful stay in this hotel. Its location was perfect as it was situated in the heart of the city, surrounded by numerous restaurants. The hotel itself was very clean and seemed to be well-maintained. Its facilities were impressive, and I was particularly impressed with the daily cleaning of my room and bedding. Besides, I found the hotel staff to be friendly, helpful and welcoming throughout my stay.

Our romantic escape was lovely! The hotel had a fantastic location close to the water and in the heart of the city. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. They gave us excellent recommendations for local restaurants and helped us book a romantic boat ride. Another advantage that we enjoyed was the cozy and comfortable bed, which made it the perfect place to relax and unwind after a long day exploring.
There were a few things we didn't like about our stay. First, the shower was poorly designed and tended to flood the bathroom.
